About Whinney Hill Kennels

 

 

For the majority of our guests there time with us is relaxed and happy. After all, they are on holiday too! However for a small number of visitors the kennelling experience can be hard. Maybe they have had a bad experience somewhere else, have been a rescue dog or may be just so homesick without their usual human friends.

In these situations we pay even more attention to the animal in terms of spending time talking and playing with them, and where we can, we aim to help these animals have a positive kennelling experience.

It is one of the rewarding parts of the job, when a stressed and anxious dog begins to trust the team members and come out of themselves. If you have such an animal pleased do talk to us about how we may work together to help the dog overcome its fears.
