About Whinney Hill Kennels

Our kennel kitchen supplies a wide variety of popular brands of tinned meats, mixers and all in one meals. Veterinary diets are catered for along with owners' specific feeding instructions.

Please advise at the time of booking if your dog requires a special diet and you are more than welcome to provide this for the duration of the dogs stay.

We are trained to administer medication if required. In the unfortunate event of a dog becoming ill during its stay we will try to contact your usual vet.

However for out of hours periods our own vet at Jubilee Veterinary Centre is on call. All animals are covered by the Pet Plan Insurance Scheme when in our care, which covers a range of potential illnesses. However please note that recurrence of an existing ailment is not covered and vet fees with be charged accordingly.

We regulary invite local vets and veterinary nurses to meet with us to up-date our knowledge in canine veterinary care.

 

Whinney Hill Kennels now provide a bathing service which is open to Boarders and for non boarders. Dogs who wish to use this service must be fully vaccinated. Please get in touch for more information on our bathing service.
